Status points and Reward points have different purposes within the ALL loyalty program:
Status Points :
- Allow you to advance through the program's status tiers, giving you access to more benefits and privileges.
- Cannot be spent or carried over to the following year; they expire on January 1st each year.
- Earned through eligible stays at hotels participating in the ALL program (for every 10€ spent) or eligible events.
Reward Points :
- Can be used for discounts on hotel stays, Limitless Experiences, or transfers to partner loyalty programs.
- Earned through eligible stays at participating hotels, with an opportunity for accelerated points based on your status tier (for every 10€ spent).
- Earned through eligible events.
- Valid for 12 months from the date credited to your account. Each new point accrual extends the validity by 12 months.
- Points expire if no Reward points are credited to your account within a 365-day period.
Please note : All validity dates are based on the UTC/GMT +01:00 time zone (Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris), regardless of your country of residence.
