What is a Status point? What is a Reward point? What is a Status Night?

Status points and Reward points have different purposes within the ALL loyalty program:

Status Points :

• Allow you to advance through the program's status tiers, giving you access to more benefits and privileges.
• Cannot be spent or carried over to the following year; they expire on January 1st each year.
• Earned through eligible stays at hotels participating in the ALL program (for every 10€ spent) or eligible events.

Reward Points :

• Can be used for discounts on hotel stays, Limitless Experiences, or transfers to partner loyalty programs.
• Earned through eligible stays at participating hotels, with an opportunity for accelerated points based on your status tier (for every 10€ spent).
• Earned through eligible events.
• Valid for 12 months from the date credited to your account. Each new point accrual extends the validity by 12 months.
• Points expire if no Reward points are credited to your account within a 365-day period.
