I need to cancel my reservation. Can I be refunded ?

If your plans change, you can cancel your reservation if the sale and cancellation conditions allow you to do so.

Otherwise, any non-cancelled reservation will be charged for all or part of your stay depending on the sales conditions for the rate reserved.

For some rates, cancellation of a reservation may be subject to conditions. Please consult the sales conditions associated with the rate in the « Cancellation deadline » clause. We remind you that prepaid reservations cannot be refunded.
