How do I use my Reward points to book a hire car with Europcar?

ALL - Accor Live Limitless cardholders can use at least 2,000 Reward points (worth €20) to book Europcar hire cars in select countries via the Accor website. Points can only be used by the member, bookings can’t be made for others, and cancellations will re-credit points. Amendments require cancellation and rebooking.

Here's how you can use your Reward points to book a hire car with Europcar as an ALL - Accor Live Limitless cardholder:

Log in: Access your account on all.accor.com.

Visit the Mobility webpage: Go to the Mobility page and select Europcar.

Scroll to "Use points": This will redirect you to Europcar's dedicated booking website.

Choose your vehicle and options: Pick your preferred hire car and any necessary options.

Select points: Adjust the number of points you want to use, starting with a minimum of 3,000 Reward points (2,000 points \= €20 discount).

Confirm booking: Your Reward points will be deducted from your account when you confirm the booking.

Conditions:

Minimum points: At least 2,000 Reward points in your account to book (2,000 points \= €20 discount).

Eligibility: Only the member can use their Reward points for a booking.

Bookings: Cannot be made for third parties.

Cancellations: Bookings can be canceled via Europcar's dedicated booking website. Points will be re-credited to your account upon cancellation.

Booking amendments: Current bookings cannot be amended; cancel and rebook if necessary.

Available countries: Belgium, Denmark, France (including Martinique, Guadeloupe, and Réunion), Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Governance: Service is subject to Europcar's Terms & Conditions for ALL, available on Europcar's dedicated booking website.

If you have less than 2,000 Reward points, you will only have the option to cancel a current booking on the Drivemypoints booking website.
